Stout is responsible for retrofit and construction field operations, financial forecasting, and managing manpower. He oversees teams of experienced operations professionals who provide our clients expert mechanical, heating and air conditioning, building automation, and energy services.

Expertise
Stout began working in the HVAC contracting industry in 1993. Throughout his career, he has served in positions of increasing responsibility for various mechanical and piping companies in the Raleigh, North Carolina area.
A licensed Professional Engineer in North Carolina, Stout also holds a North Carolina Unlimited Electrical license, and North Carolina Heating Group 1, 2, and 3 licenses.
He has a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from North Carolina State University.
