Stout leads the management team at Newcomb and Company (Newcomb), and casts our corporate vision. He is adept at nurturing a culture of excellence in all we do, and consistently encourages our long-standing commitment to the communities we serve.
Prior to this role, Stout was responsible for leading Newcomb's retrofit and construction field operations, financial forecasting, and managing manpower.
To deliver consistently responsive and high-quality services, both internally and externally, Stout helps ensure that our processes and procedures meet all required industry standards and each client’s end-to-end needs.
Expertise
Stout began working in the HVAC contracting industry in 1993. Throughout his career, he has served in positions of increasing responsibility for various mechanical and piping companies in the Raleigh, North Carolina area.
A licensed Professional Engineer in North Carolina, Stout also holds a North Carolina Unlimited Electrical license, and North Carolina Heating Group 1, 2, and 3 licenses.
He has a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from North Carolina State University.
