Client Objectives
When Summit Church built their new Capital Hills campus, it included over 90,000 square feet of worship space. Newcomb was chosen as the mechanical contractor to supply needed HVAC solutions throughout this space.
Solutions
Our mechanical systems solutions consisted of:
- 19 packaged rooftop units totaling 461 tons of cooling and 130,000 pounds of sheet metal
- Full automation to control, schedule, and monitor the system throughout the facility
